FAQ
- How do I get started with a video production process?If creating a video feels intimidating at first, don't worry — we've got you covered. During our first chat we'll discuss your idea and develop a basic concept together. Once we've agreed on the direction, we'll send you a custom video production proposal. From there, you decide how and when to move forward.
- When do you expect payment for your video services?Once you've accepted the proposal, we require a signed agreement and a 50% deposit to begin production. The remaining 50% is due once we've agreed on the final version of your video. Full payment releases the final delivery.
- What areas do you serve?We're based in Auckland and primarily serve the greater Auckland region. We're happy to travel elsewhere in New Zealand for the right project (day trips available — additional travel fee applies).
- How do you deliver the video?Once you've approved the final cut, we'll invoice you for the remaining payment. As soon as payment is received, we'll send a download link to your finished video file.
- What is included in a video production agreement?Our proposals include: a creative brief, shoot schedule, deliverables list, revision terms, and pricing breakdown — so there are no surprises along the way.
- What is your cancellation policy?As a general rule: cancelling a production that's already underway will result in forfeiting all or part of the deposit paid. That said, we'll always try to work with you — whether that means rescheduling the shoot or adjusting the scope of the project. Our goal is to make sure you're happy with both the process and the final result.
